Creative Industrial Solutions has partnered with several full service General & Mechanical contractors providing automation expert design, installation, support building automation and energy management systems. We help our customers identify energy-savings opportunities by conducting an Energy Usage Analysis to help them better understand their facility’s utility consumption profile. They perform up to 95% of their own work in-house, eliminating unnecessary overhead. In addition to standard HVAC installations, such as boilers, chillers and packaged rooftop equipment, our mechanical division is involved in a variety of energy retrofits, including lighting, variable frequency drives, power factor correction and other energy-conservation measures. We also provide HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, and boiler repairs preventative maintenance. We employ and use journeyman sheet metal tradespeople, plumbers, pipefitters, certified welders, med-gas certified pipefitters, plumbers and certified HVAC technicians.
We can also provide pre-construction services including design-build, design-assist, budgeting and cost estimating, value-engineering, with the goal being that we provide the client with the best value for their mechanical investment.
Our experience is diverse in being able to provide mechanical contracting services for maintenance repairs, equipment replacements and retrofits as well as new construction including large and small capital improvement projects and renovations.
We excel in being able to provide complete HVAC mechanical solutions for our customers on retrofits and maintenance repairs and equipment replacements. As retrofits and repairs can be challenging, CIS takes the lead in coordination and scheduling to ensure that gaps in scope are covered and that the project runs smoothly. We spearhead coordination with the architect/engineer, facility management & maintenance staff, occupants, code enforcement and other trade subcontractors. By doing so we ensure that the facilities are back up and running on time with little if any impact to the facility and its occupants.
