Creative Industrial Solutions has partnered with several full service General & Mechanical contractors providing automation expert design, installation, support building automation and energy management systems. We help our customers identify energy-saving opportunities by conducting an Energy Usage Analysis to better understand their facility’s utility consumption profile. They perform up to 95% of their own work in-house, eliminating unnecessary overhead. In addition to standard HVAC installations, such as boilers, chillers, and packaged rooftop equipment, our mechanical division is involved in a variety of energy retrofits, including lighting, variable-frequency drives, power-factor correction, and other energy-conservation measures. We also provide HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, as well as boiler repairs and preventive maintenance. We employ journeyman sheet metal tradespeople, plumbers, pipefitters, certified welders, med-gas-certified pipefitters, and certified HVAC technicians.
We can also provide pre-construction services, including design-build, design-assist, budgeting and cost estimating, and value engineering, with the goal of providing the client with the best value for their mechanical investment.

As retrofits and repairs can be challenging, CIS takes the lead on coordination and scheduling to ensure gaps in scope are covered and the project runs smoothly. We spearhead coordination with the architect/engineer, facility management & maintenance staff, occupants, code enforcement, and other trade subcontractors. By doing so, we ensure that the facilities are back up and running on time, with little to no impact on the facilities and their occupants.
